getting started with ezichat

Setting up ezichat as the name suggests is very easy!

 

Simply plug your new ezichat phone into an existing wall socket. This will send a message to our service centre and we will call you on your new phone to walk you through the process, including advice on how to select the lowest rates based on your needs. 

 

It's advised you browse through these rates prior to us calling you back.  Here's a quick summary of the main features of each rate plan also to point you in the right direction.

Do I need to have a current phone line?
Yes, you will need to have a current phone line connected.

 

Do I need to change from my current telecommunications provider?
No, ezichat does not require you to change from your current provider,.  Line rental and local cost calls will remain with your current provider.

 

Where do I purchase ezichat?
ezichat & ezichat plus can be ordered directly from us by calling 1800 468 255 or at participating gotalk retail partners. A $4.95 delivery fee applies to phone orders.
