Call Waiting
Call Waiting alerts you with a tone if another caller is trying to call you when you are already on the phone. You can answer the incoming call by putting your first caller on hold.

Call Forward
Use this feature to forward calls made to your home phone to a mobile, pager, answering service or another phone number.
You can also store frequent forwarded numbers under the categories of home, work, mobile or other.

Call Return
If you have missed a call, dial *10# and receive the number of your last unanswered (missed) call. Dial 1 to return that number.
Pricing - 35c per call retrieval (PLEASE NOTE: Call Return will not give you the number if it is blocked). If you return the call by dialling ‘1', standard call charges apply.
3 Way Chat
Want to speak with two people at once? One caller can exit the 3 Way call and another person can join at any time. You can also place one of the callers on hold so that you can speak privately with the other.
Pricing - $0.55 per use plus call charges at standard rates for each call that joins into the chat.
Call Back
If you are trying to call a number that is engaged, use Call Back. It will keep dialing a a busy number for up to 45 minutes and will alert you with a distinctive ring tone when the number you are trying to reach is no longer engaged.
Pricing - 35c per successful Call Back attempt. Standard call charges apply.
Voicemail
When you can't take a call, gotalk Voicemail provides you with an answering service. After callers hear your personal greeting and leave a message, you can retrieve the message and respond at a time suitable to you.
Pricing - $6.50 a month. There's no connection fee and you can retrieve your messages FREE of charge from fixed phones nationwide. Message retrieval charges apply from mobiles and pay phones.
Dual Phone and Fax Number
This feature gives you the ability to add a different fax number to your existing phone line. You can also have the phone and fax calls separated on your bill by dialing a code when sending faxes.
Pricing - $6.50 a month. Normal call charges still apply.
Calling Number Display
Number Display identifies the caller's phone number. It records the date and time of the call, plus the phone numbers of callers who hang up without leaving a message.
Pricing - $6.50 a month
Note: You'll need a CND compatible phone or Calling Number Display unit to use the Calling Number Display feature.
Call Forward (Specific Numbers)
This allows you to select which calls are forwarded to your mobile, pager, answering service or other phone numbers from your home phone. You select as many as 15 different numbers to be forwarded to another number of your choice.
Pricing - $2.20 a month, plus the cost of forwarded calls at applicable rates.
Call Forward (Specific Times)
This allows you to select which calls are forwared to your mobile, pager, answering service or other phone numbers. In addition, you can preset up to 15 different time slots during which calls will be forwarded from your home phone to another number of your choice.
Pricing - $3.30 a month, plus the cost of forwarded calls at applicable rates.
Call Control
Want to control your phone costs? Call Control allows you to restrict specific outgoing call destinations such as national and international calls.
Pricing - $3.30 a month
Abbreviated Dialing
Abbreviated Dialing allows you to dial by using a one or two digit code. You can store up to 60 frequently dialed numbers, including national and international numbers.
Pricing - Up to 8 storage numbers - $3.30 a month
Up to 40 storage numbers - $5.06 a month
Up to 60 storage numbers - $6.16 a month
Delayed Hotline
Delayed Hotline allows you to call without dialing. Just pick up your phone and wait four seconds. The number is then dialed automatically.
Pricing - $3.30 a month. Calls made using Delayed Hotline are charged at the applicable rates.
Intelligent Ring
Identify who's calling by the sound of your telephone's ring with Intelligent Ring. Select up to three distinctive rings depending on family, friends or colleagues. You can store up to 15 different numbers on each separate ring. A normal ring tone is heard for calls not on the Intelligent Ring list.
Pricing - $4.40 a month.
Remote Access
Remote Access allows you to control your Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, Call Control, Delayed Hotline and Intelligent Ring services from a remote location.
Let's say you forget to forward your calls to your mobile before leaving the home or office. With Remote Access, it's not too late!
Pricing - $2.20 a month, plus applicable call forwarding charges.
Silent/Private Number
If you don't wish your number to be displayed when calling other numbers, make it silent. In addition, your number won't be recorded by other phones to return missed calls (or used in other phone functions) and it won't be listed in phone directories.

Call Connect 12456
Call Connect 12456 is an operator assisted service that locates the number you are looking for and connects you directly.
Pricing - $1.10 a month, plus applicable call connection charges.
Number Redirection
Number Redirection diverts your calls when you move home or business.
Pricing - $20 a month. Prepaid Options are available of 3 months ($30), 6 months ($60) or 12 months ($120).
